Indiana Borough police say 23 year old Timothy Cannon Jr. of Williamsport is charged with resisting arrest, failure to disperse, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, and criminal mischief after an incident last night in the 200 block of Rice Avenue. Police say that during the disturbance, Cannon refused to leave when ordered to do so, and struggled with an officer, damaging the officer’s equipment.
