With Thanksgiving now less than a week away, a lot of Indiana County Residents are looking forward to having a great feast of turkey with all the trimmings.  But there are still many people who won’t be able to.  Today will be a great opportunity to help those who are in poverty through the Oldies Attic Turkey-Thon.

The Oldies Attic on AM 1160 WCCS from 9 to Noon today will be taking pledges today to help those in Poverty and the United Way at the same time.  For every $15 pledged, A turkey and other food will be donated by area grocery stores to The Salvation Army and ICCAP.  The money will go to the United Way to assist their 15 member organizations.

You can help out by calling 724-479-1160 or 724-349-WCCS during the Oldies Attic today.
