Late Wednesday afternoon the Indiana County Commissioners put together a Declaration of Emergency for all of Indiana County due to the expected weather effects of Hurricane Sandy. The Indiana County Courthouse will be closed on Tuesday Oct. 30th and the deadline for picking up absontee ballots has beeen extended.  All of Indiana County's schools are closed Tuesday, along with the ICCAP office in Indiana.
