A Northern Cambria couple has been charged with using their three young children to deliver drugs to customers in the Northern Cambria area.
46-year-old Lawrence Wholaver and 30-year-old Stacey Wholaver face charges of endangering the welfare of children and numerous drug-related offenses after an investigation by the Cambria County Drug Task Force. District Attorney Kelly Callihan says the couple used their children, ages 5,6, and 12, to deliver prescription painkillers, including the drug Lortab, to customers, including police informants.
The children have been placed in the custody of family members. Their parents are in the Cmabria County Prison with bond set at $50,000 for each.
