A former state Democratic Senator is facing 16 months in prison after he was convicted for using tax dollars on his campaign. Bob Mellow represented the 22^nd district in Northeastern Pa., which includes Lackawanna, Luzerne and Monroe Counties. Mellow is also ordered to pay $80,000 in restitution and a $40,000 fine to the federal government. He will report to the federal Bureau of Prisons on January 15.
