In Westmoreland County, a Fairfield Township man has been charged with terroristic thrreats for pulling a gun on another man and threatening to kill him.

State police say the incident happened last Thursday when 45-year-old Richard Wisner of Manor Lane pulled the handgun on a 20-year-old victim.  Wisner was later arrested and charged with terroristic threats and recklessly endangering another person.  He was ordered held at the Westmoreland County prison, with bond set at $25,000.
