ORTHODOX CHRISTIANS CELEBRATE CHRISTMAS

1/7/2013

Many across our region likely used the last week to pack away Christmas decorations, but the most important day of the holiday season for Orthodox Christians is today, Christmas Day.

Orthodox Christians celebrate Christmas on January 7th since they still follow the Julian calendar.  There are more than a million Orthodox Christians across the nation.

We want to wish all of our Orthodox friends a very Merry Christmas today.
