Your hometown radio stations have learned that longtime White Township Manager Larry Garner is retiring.
The retirement was announced at a reorganization meeting last night.  Garner has served as manager for more than 20 years.
The supervisors have hired former assistant township manager Milt Lady as the new township manager.
Lady says he's looking forward to building on the work completed by Garner over his time as manager.
In other business, Bob Overdorff was appointed once again as chairman of the supervisor board.  George Lenz will serve another term as vice chairman.
