An access road agreement was a major topic of discussion at Monday's Center Township Supervisor meeting.
The agreement clears the way for the Joseph Land Development Project, also known as the 119 Business Park.
The road agreement had been previously approved by the Indiana County Commissioners at a meeting on Christmas Eve.
The agreement was signed by the supervisors at Monday's meeting.
The site is located near the intersection of Route 119 and Luciusboro Road.
County officials have said the area is well suited as an industrial park due to its central location along the busy Route 119 roadway.
In other business, the supervisors held their reorganization session. Robert Pozik was elected chairman, while John Bertolino was named vice-chairman.
