ONE ARRESTED, ANOTHER AT LARGE IN BURGLARY CASE
Police search for second suspect in business break-in

State police yesterday announced the arrest of 26-year-old Natalie Livingston ofIndianaon burglary charges, and another suspect in the case is still at large.  An arrest warrant has been issued for 29-year-old James Shaffer Jr. of Rochester Mills. 

 

Livingston and Shaffer are accused of entering the offices of Aztec Well Service Company, along Airport Roadin WhiteTownship, on January 17th and breaking into a safe there.  Police say they got away with approximately $7,500 in cash and some WalMart gift cards.

 

Livingstonis in the Indiana County Jail with bond set at $25,000 and a preliminary hearing scheduled for February 4th before District Judge Susanne Steffee.  She is charged with burglary, theft, receiving stolen property, and criminal mischief, all felony grade offenses.

 

Shaffer is a fugitive facing the same charges.  Police checked several locations he is known to frequent but have not been able to locate him yet.  Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to call theIndianabarracks at 357-1960.
