A federal judge has ruled that the insurance company for The Second Mile foundation is not liable for Jerry Sandusky’s legal bills. 

The Second Mile was created by Sandusky to help children, but as it turned out, he met his potential victims through the organization.  A judge said that while the organization was how Sandusky met his victims, his sexual assaults were personal in nature and performed as an individual capacity.
