An Exton Man attending IUP was arrested on charges of Public Drunkeness. 

Police say that around 2 in the morning on Saturday, they received a call from a resident in the 200 block of Anderson Avenue who reported that 19-year-old William Fanning was at their front door.  When police arrived, they found Fanning on the front porch of the home of the person who called police, and that he was intoxicated.  Police have placed Fanning in Indiana County Jail on charges of Public Drunkeness and Underage drinking.
