A major resurfacing project starts this week on Route 403 in East Wheatfield, Cherryhill, Green and Rayne Townships, including Clymer Borough. 


The work will include drainage, patching and resurfacing.  The drainage work along Route 403 got started this week in Dilltown and will be followed by patching and paving.  Drainage work in Clymer gets start later this week.  Once the work on Route 403 is addressed, work will begin on other roadways connected to the project. 


That includes drainage work on Warren Road and Route 711.  Drainage and paving work will also take place at the intersection of Route 119 and Route 210.  Resurfacing is scheduled for portions of routes 954, 217, 286 Fifth Street Extension near Indiana and Market Street in Blairsville.  The entire project is worth nearly $2.8 million and all the work is scheduled to be completed by September.
