Wagner comes from Seneca Highlands I.U.


The ARIN Intermediate Unit board of directors has appointed James Wagner as the unit’s new exectuive director.  Wagner is currently the director of special education for the Seneca Highlands Intermediate Unit, with a background in the field of special education for both children and adults, and a 26-year career in the financial industry.  He also has an Indiana connection: his daughter, son-in-law, and two of his grandchildren live here.


Wagner will begin his work on January 1st, replacing Dr. Robert Coad, who is retiring after 29 years with ARIN.
