More information has been released concerning that overturned coal truck near Route 22 on Thursday.

State Police Say that the driver of the truck was 59-year-old David Nileski of Gallitzin.  He drove onto the off-ramp from Route 22 West going on to Route 119 when the truck went onto the berm and eventually the edge of the road before it rolled onto its side.  The coal that spilled out of the truck covered both lanes of 119 and snarled traffic for a while in that interchange area.  Nileski had what state police call minor injuries, but was treated on-scene by Citizen’s Ambulance.

Police are citing Nileski for not driving at safe speeds.
