RUTH ALICE (HORNER) HOWARD, AGE 71 OF SINNEMAHONING, PA., FORMERLY OF STRANGFORD, DIED JULY 10TH AT THE ROBERT PACKER HOSPITAL IN SAYRE, PA. Friends of Ruth Howard will be received Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. at the Shoemaker Funeral Home in Blairsville, where a funeral service will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. Interment will be in the Ebenezer Cemetery in Lewisville, Pa.
