MEL VERNON ADAMS, JR., AGE 87 OF HOME, DIED DEC. 13^TH AT INDIANA REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER. Friends of Mel Adams Jr., will be received Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the John A. Lefdhal Funeral Home in Indiana. A funeral service will be conducted Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the Grove Chapel Lutheran Church. Interment will follow in the Grove Chapel Cemetery with military rites provided by Indiana VFW Post 1989.
