Raymond Lawrence Hazlett, 76, of Homer City, passed away Monday, May 6, 2013, at the Armstrong County Memorial Hospital, Kittanning.
A son of the late Ford Samuel and Cora Cribbs Hazlett, he was born Sept. 30, 1936, in Blairsville.
Mr. Hazlett was employed at Torrance State Hospital and also refinished furniture. He was a member of the Church of God and enjoyed football and fitness.
He is survived by his wife, Glorian Fisher Hazlett, of Homer City; a son, Mark Allen Hazlett and wife Carol, of Homer City; two sisters: Marie Hazlett, of Homer City; Vivian Adamsky, of Indiana; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers: Leonard "Bud" Hazlett, Eugene Hazlett, five sisters: Thelma Lucas, Dorothy Faith, Ethel "Honey" Houser, Betty Lann, Mildred "Mid" Shuster.
Services are private and will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in Oakland Cemetery. Robinson-Lytle, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
