State police say four teenagers were cited for possession of a controlled substance last Monday afternoon after they were caught inhaling from a vape pen that contained marijuana while riding a school bus from Indiana Senior High School to the ICTC campus. The suspects were three 16-year-old boys and a 15-year-old girl.
A 33-year-old man and 31-year-old woman from Rochester Mills are facing mutual harassment charges after a disagreement turned physical Thursday evening at a location along Richmond Road in Grant Township. State police do not identify them.
