State police have filed charges against a Bradenville couple for providing alcohol to a group of juveniles at a birthday party in December.
It happened at a home along Route 982 in Derry Township. Police say they were investigating a sexual assault when they learned that it had occurred at the birthday party. 35-year-old Janelle Bias and 44-year-old Bryan Green are accused of providing alcohol to the children and showing them how to smoke marijuana out of a pipe. Several of the children either passed out or vomited.
Police say the couple did the same thing at another juvenile son’s birthday party in September. The victims were two twelve-year-olds, three fourteen-year-olds, two fifteen-year-olds, a sixteen-year-old, and two eighteen-year-olds.
