Jamison Daniel Halldin, 42 of Indiana, died on Wednesday, April 22, 2020 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA.
He was born July 13, 1977 in Latrobe, PA. Jamison was a bodyman who loved restoring cars and did excellent work. He enjoyed the outdoors and loved spending time with his son Alex. He worked and loved hard.
He is survived by his son, Alexander Halldin; mother, Kathleen DeJongh & husband, Edgar, Indiana, PA; father, John A. Halldin, Indiana, PA; brother, John T. Vukman & Heidi Anderson, Blairsville, PA; nephew, Jackson Vukman & Ian Anderson, Blairsville, PA; sister, Alicia Altman & husband, Kody Altman, Shelocta, PA; nephews, Ryder Altman, Jacob Swalga & niece, Lily Swalga, Shelocta, PA; uncle, Ron Vanetta & wife, Michele, Jeanette, PA; cousins, Brian & Michael Vanetta, Jeanette, PA; uncle, Walter Halldin & wife, Karen, Indiana, PA; cousin, Gregg Halldin, Indiana, PA, cousin, Jesse James Halldin and girlfriend, Kathy Blatt, Indiana, PA.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Thomas & Ivy Jean Vanetta; uncle, Thomas L. Vanetta; uncle, David Vanetta; paternal grandparents, Walt & Sophie Halldin; uncle, Art “Bugs” Halldin and aunt & uncle, Debbie & Gerald “Jud” Halldin.
Due to the circumstances in the world today, all services will be private and done at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in the Mt. Tabor Cemetery, Blairsville, PA.
