It’s an extensive list of cases up for Criminal Call in Indiana County Court today.
The case list numbers 140, with several of them high-profile cases, but there is unlikely to be any actual court action for those defendants. Criminal Call gives the court the opportunity to check the progress of ongoing cases, and on rare occasions, those cases conclude with pleas or withdrawals.
On the case list today are the three arson cases against Dylan Dalessio of Plumville and the witness intimidation cases against him and his father, Douglas. Dylan Dalessio’s trial was to begin this week, but has been postponed until after a motions hearing on August 17th.
Also on the list for Criminal Call today are the cases against Matthew Bartlebaugh, the Glen Campbell man charged with shooting his father to death on January 1st. And Daron Reel and Samuel Wilson, two of the men accused in two Valentine’s Day robberies and a shooting, are on the list, but they have already asked the court for continuances.
