A woman from Delaware County in PA will be in court today for several hearings.
28-year-old Jacie Nicole Long, who was originally listed as being from Indiana, but was also listed as being from Philadelphia, Darby and Collingdale, will go before Indiana County President Judge William Martin for two sentencing hearings and five probation revocation hearings. All of the cases are drug-related. The probation cases go back to 2014, while the sentencing hearings are for incidents in 2017. Long was one of 26 people caught in a county-wide drug sweep of suspected mid-level drug dealers last February.
Also due for a probation revocation hearing and a plea and sentencing hearing is Cameron John Culbertson. The plea and sentencing will be for an incident on February 2nd, 2020, when he was charged with misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance, DUI-Controlled Substance, institutional vandalism of an educational facility, criminal mischief and a summary reckless driving charge. The parole revocation hearing is connected with a case in 2017 where Cameron pleaded guilty to felony manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to deliver. At the time, he was sentenced to 11 months to a day less than two years in Indiana County Jail along with two years of probation.
