A Blairsville man that was placed on the State Police “Five Most Wanted” list for Indiana County was taken into custody last Friday.
State Police announced today that Allan W. Burnheimer was arrested by state troopers from the Indiana barracks on January 15th. Details on his arrest were not released. Burnheimer was wanted on a felony charge of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia for an incident on June 23rd of 2020 in Blairsville.
Burnheimer (pictured) was arraigned on Friday in front of District Judge Robert Bell Sr. and was placed in Indiana County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail. A preliminary hearing is set for January 27th at 1:00 PM.
Four people remain on the list. They include:
- 52-year-old Monica Dent of Indiana, who is wanted for a felony retail theft in Saltsburg.
- 41-year-old Marcus A. Niehenke of Home Station, who is wanted for a DUI case and three protection from abuse violations that happened in Home in 2020.
- 31-year-old Jacquelyn Mehalic of Coral, who faces charges of felony possession with intent to deliver connected with an incident in Homer City in 2020
- 39-year-old Ryan T. Turner of Homer City, who is wanted for retail theft for an incident in Homer City in 2020
