A man with a lengthy criminal record is due in court today for several hearings.
Court documents show that 30-year-old Corey Pandullo, who has addresses in both Indiana and Blairsville, will be due before Senior Judge William Martin today for sentencing in eight cases. The charges include contempt related to a violation of a court order or agreement in one case in February of this year; simple assault last January 29th, criminal trespass for an incident on January 25th, retail theft from January 24th, drug related charges from December 14th of 2020, defiant trespass by communications last August, and receiving stolen property last June.
Since February 17th of this year, Pandullo has been in Westmoreland County Prison after he was accused of stealing two vehicles and fighting with a police officer during a confrontation near Scottdale.
His hearings will start at 8:30 this morning.
