An Avonmore man was sentenced to serve time in Indiana County Jail this morning for charges in three cases.
Judge Michael Clark sentenced 36-year-old Brian Michael Frain to serve time for all cases. He will serve three to 12 months for charges relating to possession of drug paraphernalia and presenting false identification to a law enforcement officer; and 12 to 72 months for two counts of retail theft with all sentences to run concurrently. All those incidents date back to early June 2020.
Also sentenced today was 38-year-old Brian Patrick Neuner of Seward, who was charged with two counts of criminal trespass-entering a structure in November 2020, after police say he and 41-year-old Christopher Neuner went into a home in East Wheatfield Township and vandalized a pick-up truck.
Neuner was sentenced to serve probation for two years along with paying costs and fines for both counts, which will run concurrently.
