A preliminary hearing is set for today for a man facing multiple charges related to child pornography.
Today will be the third attempt for a preliminary hearing for 37-year-old Patrick J. Brennan of Saltsburg, who is facing 24 counts each of felony disseminating photos or videos of child sex acts and felony child pornography. He also faces a single charge of criminal use of a communications facility. This hearing was scheduled for June 22nd, but was continued to today. The charges stem from an incident on February 13th of 2021. The hearing is set for 1:15 PM today before District Judge Susanne Steffee.
Also due for a preliminary hearing today is 46-year-old Brian James Barr of Uniontown. He is charged with misdemeanor simple assault, summary harassment and public drunkenness from July 15th. His hearing will be held in front of district judge Christopher Welch at 1:00.
Also, 43-year-old Jeffrey Alan Adams will have his hearing in front of Judge Welch at 10:00 this morning for charges of fleeing to avoid apprehension, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, possession of a controlled substance and of drug paraphernalia.
