The Indiana County Chamber of Commerce hosted three local members of state government this morning for their annual Eggs and Issues event.
State Senator Joe Pittman and Representatives Jim Struzzi and Brian Smith fielded questions from the public today as part of the forum. One of the major topics discussed was how to restore trust in the government after the elections and the Covid-19 pandemic. State Senator Joe Pittman said that one of the best ways was holding forums like the one being held this morning.
Another topic was the issue of face masks and if they would be mandated across the state or in schools. State Representative Jim Struzzi said that he could not predict if a mandate would come down.
