IUP offensive lineman Josh Dauberman yesterday was named to the 2021 D2Football.com Elite 100 team, which replaces the previous “All-American” structure.
The new format still includes first and second teams plus honorable mention and three special awards. Dauberman was named to the second team. It’s his second All-American selection of the postseason. He was named a first-team All-American bby the American Football Coaches Association last month.
Dauberman started all ten IUP games at right guard this past season, at times moving to right tackle during some games.

IUP football offensive lineman Josh Dauberman was named to the D2Football.com Elite 100 team for the 2021 season. The Elite 100 replaces the previous All-America structure utilized by the organization yet still represents the same number of recipients with a first team, second team, and honorable mention squad, to go along with three special awards. The D2Football.com Elite 100 was selected with input from coaches, scouts, media and sports information directors from around the country. Dauberman was one of five second team selections and one of 20 total offensive linemen honored. This is Dauberman’s second All-America selection of the postseason, also earning first team honors by the American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) last month. Dauberman is the first D2Football.com All-American since Max Redfield in 2017. He’s the fourth member of the IUP offensive line to earn D2Football.com All-American honors since 2012. A 2021 Preseason All-American by Lindy’s Sports, Dauberman started all 10 games at right guard, at times swinging out to right tackle. He led the way for an offensive line that allowed just eight sacks all year, tied for fourth fewest in Division II, protecting quarterback Harry Woodbery as he enjoyed one of the best statistical seasons in program history. IUP finished third in the conference in both scoring (35.2/game) and total yards (396.1). Dauberman played in 43 career games with 35 starts at IUP. He was a three-time All-PSAC West selection, including a first teamer in 2019 and 2021, and earned second team All-Super Region One honors by Don Hansen Football Gazette two years ago. At the conclusion of the 2019 season Dauberman was selected by the Indiana media and coaches to IUP’s All-Decade Team of the 2010s.
