The superintendent of the Indiana Borough Wastewater Treatment Plant is stepping down after over 30 years of service.
John Rellick’s retirement was announced in a post to the Indiana Borough website. According to the news release, Rellick started out as an operator at the plant then worked his way up to the top post at the facility. He was seen as someone who worked “tirelessly to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the Borough’s wastewater infrastructure and served as a trusted leader for his staff.”
Rellick looks to spend more time with his family in his retirement and pursue his hobbies, which include golfing and fishing.
