Indiana borough has announced that the paving project that was supposed to start yesterday will be delayed.
Work is expected to begin now on July 14th with a rain date of the 17th for the schedule of contracted paving. The change was made at the request of the contractor. The work will take place on South and Clark Avenues from 6th Street to Maryland Way; Willow, Virginia and Diamond Avenues between 6th and 7th Streets; Maryland Way between South Avenue and Diamond Avenue; Carpenter Avenue between Philadelphia and Church Streets; and Gompers Avenue between 10th and 11th Streets.
The work will consist of milling the roads for a few days and paving to take place the following week. Traffic will be directed in the affected areas.
