Jury selection is scheduled to begin tomorrow for Nathaniel Price, the 25-year-old man charged with double homicide in the beating deaths of a Cherryhill Township couple in October of 2016. A co-defendant, Justin Stevenson, is already serving life in prison after pleading guilty to two counts of second degree murder.
Price and Stevenson were both charged with murdering Timothy Gardner and Jacqueline Brink after showing up at their home to buy marijuana. Police say they were planning all along to attack and rob Gardner and one of them went upstairs and beat Brink to death because she would have been a witness to Gardner’s death. Price and Stevenson each say it was the other who killed Brink.
Indiana County President Judge Thomas Bianco has allowed for time to seat a jury. He’s listed the start of the trial as early as Tuesday and as late as November 15th.
