If you recently had a problem with an airline, such as boarding problems or delays, Pennsylvania’s Attorney General is giving people a place to file their complaints.
Attorney General Michelle Henry has announced that a new form on her website will allow people to file complaints about hardships with airline travel. This is being done in response to the sharp increase in consumer complaints on air travel. The form can be used by either Pennsylvania residents or out-of-state residents who experienced airline issues in the state.
Henry said that the form will make it easier for travelers to lodge a complaint and is also part of an ongoing initiative with federal partner agencies to hold airline companies responsible for mistreating customers. The form will need some specific information, including flight number, itinerary, flight date, ticket price, form of payment, and what issues were encountered.
The form is available on the AG’s website, www.attorneygeneral.gov.
