Eight preliminary hearings are scheduled for Indiana County’s District Courts today, including one for a man charged with drinking while on duty at a bar in Heilwood.
The incident was reported by Liquor Control Enforcement agents in Punxsutawney last month. 67-year-old Lisle James Wilson of Heilwood was accused of drinking while tending bar at Ma & Pa’s along Route 553 in November. The charges stemmed from an “administrative investigation”. Details regarding the investigation were not released.
Other cases on the docket include DUI and drug-related incidents.
