The wife of David Kimberly, who was found dead in October of last year after a lengthy search, is charged in connection with that case.
According to court documents, 54-year-old Jennifer Lee Kimberly is charged with hindering apprehension in David’s death. State police said that she confessed to knowing that David was not missing when police were looking for him, even though she filed the initial report. Police said she also lied to the troopers and said her son, Cody Weiland, was not at home when they came to interview him.
