Several Heritage Conference football players and coaches were honored at last night’s Southern Alleghenies Football Coaches Association (SAFCA) awards banquet.
Cambria Heights’ Jarrod Lewis and Penn Cambria’s Nick Felus were named SAFCA Coaches of the Year. With the honor, the two will coach the North and South teams in the Ken Lantzy All-Star Classic in June.
The following players received SAFCA Offensive and Defensive honors:

- Ethan McNulty and Eric Korhut – Conemaugh Valley
- Zachary Wilson and Shawn Valuchuck – Homer-Center
- Collin Anderson and Drew Runk – Marion Center
- Dylan Kuzemchak and Conner James – Penns Manor
- Ty Dumm and Lucas Shutty – Northern Cambria
- Brendan Smithtro and Owen Gouse – Portage
- Jakob Mountain and Devlan Kordish – Purchase Line
- Sam Yanits and Caden Vresilovic – River Valley
- Braxton Jelley and Dylan Stephens – United Valley
- Jaden Klonowski and Blake Shaffer – West Shamokin
