Tuesday night, Indiana Borough Council approved the updated comprehensive plan.
“Indiana 2030: Tomorrow Together” will establish the framework that the borough will follow for future projects, initiatives and funding to make sure the community grows together in a way that reflects the current needs of the borough and reflects Indiana’s vision. Trajan Jones from the planning commission talked about some of the things people will see in the plan.
The plan is available to view on the borough website.
Council also rejected a request for proposals for human resources services for the borough, and approved a one-year contract with The McKenny Group at a cost not to exceed $30,000.
