From the US National Weather Service
We will be dry and quiet for a large portion of the day (and warmer than yesterday). However, a passing system will drop temperatures and increase snow chances after 7pm this evening.
A swath of 1-2 inches of snow could accumulate between Pittsburgh and I-80 and within the ridges over the next 24 hours. Models are hinting that 8pm to 12am will be the time period for higher snowfall rates (0.2″/hr to 0.5″/hr). Watch out for changing road conditions within snow bands.
With drier air returning early tomorrow morning, snow chances will decrease between 4am and 8am (from north to south).
