Traffic was briefly tied up on Oakland Avenue after a two-vehicle crash on Friday.
Indiana County 911 sent the Indiana Fire Association, State Police and Citizens’ Ambulance at 3:44 PM to the scene near the intersection of Oakland Avenue, Warren Road and Rose Street. Fire officials said that a car pulled out of Popeye’s and collided with a car headed east on Oakland.
Minor injuries were reported, but both drivers refused treatment by EMTs. Both cars had to be towed.
