Indiana County’s brush fire total continues to climb.
Three more brush fires were reported yesterday by Indiana County 911. Two were in Young Township with the first summoning Coal Run/McIntyre and Iselin/West Lebanon firefighters to Stoney Hill Road around 1:30 p.m. The second brought both fire companies out to Coleman Road around 4:08 p.m.
There was also a brush fire reported along Brady Run Avenue in Glen Cambell Borough with Glen Campbell Fire Department also called out at 4:08.
Details on those fires are not available. Firefighters once again ask residents not to burn during the stretch of warm, dry weather.
This brings the county brush fire total to 20 this year.
