The National Association of Letter Carriers is holding their annual Stamp Out Hunger food drive this weekend.
Postal workers will be collecting donations of non-perishable food items around the country. Those who would like to contribute are asked to place a sturdy bag containing shelf-stable foods near their mailbox before the mail runs today. The Stamp Out Hunger initiative launched in 1993 and is now the nation’s largest one-day food drive.
