Termarr Johnson and Jack Branigan homered and Kervin Pichardo was 4-for-4 with three doubles as Altoona knocked off Erie, 6-4.
Wilbur Dotel earned the win, pitching six innings, striking out eight and giving up three runs, two earned. Cam Sanders got the save.
The home runs by Branigan and Johnson helped Altoona build a 4-1 lead but Erie scored twice in the sixth and after the Curve got a run in the eighth, the SeaWolves came within one with a run in their half of the eighth before Altoona scored once more in the ninth and Sanders settled the game. he threw one-and-two-thirds innings without giving up a hit or a walk, and struck out two.
