A house was damaged in the 700 block of Wayne Avenue on Sunday.
Indiana County 911 dispatched the Indiana Fire and Police Departments along with Homer City, Coral-Graceton, Creekside, Clymer and Cherryhill Township fire departments and the county HAZMAT team at 7:52 in the morning for the fires. Plumville fire department was called in to standby for Creekside. Indiana Borough Police said the residents of the home were able to make it out safely with no injuries. The cause of the fire is not known at this time.
Indiana fire crews were sent to the scene again at 12:26 PM as the fire rekindled.
