Some Indiana County law enforcement officials took part in a special run for the Special Olympics.
Indiana Borough Policeman Joshua Henning carried the American Flag, and joined the Indiana County Sheriff’s Deputies in escorting the torch for the PA Special Olympics as it makes its way across the state. The group covered three miles along a portion of Route 22.
The annual run is a fundraiser to benefit and raise awareness for the event. The 2025 Special Olympics is scheduled for June 5th to the 7th at Penn State University.
