Congratulations to Ray Goss, who last night was honored with the 2025 Outstanding Achievement in Media Award by the Media Association of Pittsburgh.
Accompanied by members of his family and Renda Broadcasting’s Mark Bertig, Goss just completed his 57th season broadcasting Duquesne men’s basketball.

Next month, he will be honored again, accepting the Woody Durham Voice of College Sports Award at the National Sports Media Association Awards Banquet in Greensboro, North Carolina.
Ray began his radio career at WDAD in 1959 and along with Mark Harley, he co-founded WCCS in 1984.
