As part of Memorial Day weekend, local lawyers are holding an event to help first responders, veterans and their spouses put together a will.
The Pennsylvania Bar Association Young Lawyers Division with the support of the PBA’s Pro Bono office will hold the Wills for Heroes event on Saturday at the Indiana Fire Association substation on Indian Springs Road from 11 AM to 3 PM. The PBA will provide free estate planning for first responders and veterans during the session. The program will be staffed by lawyer and other community volunteers.
Marshall Chriswell with the Chriswell Law Office said this event is important as some may not have a will or any estate planning in place.
