The Steelers have a new contract offer for one of their star players. Team insider Mark Kaboly said the team has a “substantial” proposal for TJ Watt on the table. However, he thinks it “probably” isn’t what the star pass rusher is looking for. Watt has skipped OTAs so far.
Most teams across the NFL are wrapping up Organized Team Activities this week. The Steelers hit the practice field again today for the last three-day session of voluntary workouts. The team wraps up OTAs on Thursday and will reconvene for Mandatory Minicamp next Tuesday.
