Blairsville Borough Police are currently investigating a pedestrian vehicle crash that happened yesterday.
The accident happened at about 10:37 am at the intersection of East Market Street and East Lane in Blairsville. Officials say that James Heming of Robinson and Jayme Dee Horn of Lancaster were crossing East Market Street when both were struck by a vehicle operated by Deborah Robson of Blairsville. Both victims were transported to Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center for treatment. Horn was treated and released, while Heming was admitted with severe head injuries.
Blairsville police were assisted by the Blairsville fire crew, Citizens ambulance and the Indiana County Sheriff’s office.
