Four doctors who were part of the first class of IRMC’s Family Residency program graduated on Saturday night.

The celebration was held at the Blue Room in IUP’s Sutton Hall. Program Director Dr. Amanda Vaglia said she was proud of the residents and with what they were able to learn in their time a rural health facility.
Dr. Nawar Al Janabi called his experience at IRMC one of the best of his life.
Dr. Robin Rodriguez talked about what being part of the first graduating class of resident doctors meant to her.
Dr. Tanvi Bharathan said that the program was more than just a residency.
Dr. Mohit Chhatpar said that the experience was very rewarding.
The four were part of a class of six that started their three-year residencies in 2022.
