Israel-Iran conflict continues into 4th day

Israel says it attacked the headquarters of Iran’s state television on Monday, which was captured during a live broadcast. The Israeli military had earlier warned people in the capital of Tehran to evacuate. CBS News’ Holly Williams and Eleanor Watson report.

Raising Property Taxes

For a variety of reasons, many school districts are raising property taxes this year.  What’s to blame?

Inflation overall. Everything is more expensive, including running schools.
The state does not provide enough funds to local districts, especially those with low property values.
Charter school funding. I am already paying for my local district, but now I am paying for charter schools, too.
The cost of personnel. Wages, health insurance, pensions, and more are all going up.
School districts are not spending their resources wisely.
The whole school funding system in Pennsylvania is wrong. The system is broken.
